Fire and Blood Unlike other factions, the House of Targaryen wins not by seizing castles, but by accumulating loyalty tokens. They demand loyalty and attract new allies - tokens represent secret Targaryen supporters throughout Westeros. The House of Targaryen begins the game on the eighth division of all three influence tracks. Whenever the Targaryens gain control of a territory, they collect all the loyalty tokens that were on that territory. When the House of Targaryen occupies the seventh division of the victory track, the game immediately ends with the victory of the House of Dragons.
